 Mainz 1697 to 1933 Day Badge Tinnie T2097
In the German city of Mainz, French troops overran the town in the Nine Years War (1688-1697). This day badge was given out at the 1933 remembrance day in Mainz. Adolph Hitler attended this rally, and gave a rousing speech about French repression. No pin assembly.

Gautag Hildesheim Sud Hanover 1936 Tinnie T2115
Light weight pressed metal tinnie is large, measuring about 2 1/4 inches tall by 1 5/8 inches wide, and is in the shape of a shield. It depicts a knight in armor, with a shield, superimposed over a four-legged open armed sun wheel swastika. He is holding a lance, which has a banner at the top with the script “Gautag 1936. Hildesheim Sud. Hanover Braunschweig. At the base of his shield are the dates of the event, 12/14 Juni. All of this is over a pebbled nickel/silver background, which has nicely toned. The reverse features a vertically mounted pin that is hinged at the top and works perfectly. A very handsome tinnie in excellent plus condition!

DAF Gau Koblenz Trier Festival T2094
Very Rare early Third Reich tinnie, "Mit Der N.S. Gem. graft Freude an Den Rhein, Gau Koblenz Trier" translated to "With the N.S. in accordance with joy to the Rhine." It has an angel figure standing next to a mounted steed atop the monument for the lost fighters of the 1923 beer hall putsch. Below is the DAF symbol, with the swastika inside a cogwheel. Rare and Excellent Plus Condition!

Very nice mat silver-finished steel shield-shaped solid badge (stamped-in design) for the Guatreffen for Gau Westenord from July 5-7, 1935. Measuring 48mm x 34mm, and having horizontal silver finished steel safety pin type attachment. Mint!!

EhrenMai Der NSDAP Kreis Bensheim T2093
Very Rare tinnie for the ceremony for the remembrance of those that died in the bear hall putsch in 1923. It shows an eagle on a pillar standing with wings spread apart. In horseshoe form around the pillar it says "We do not forget our dead". It is stamped brass which is showing a lot of age patina. There is a strong stickpin assembly on the reverse, but it is showing surface rust. Very Early & Rare Tinnie!

Fliegerhorst Kommandandtur OELS Membership Pin P2047
Airport area command for the Luftwaffe in Poland, Russia, and again Poland. The city lies to the west of Poland. Formed 26.8.39 in Oels as Fliegerhorst-Kommandantur E Oels, air command VIII. Disbanded upon the invasion of Russia in 1941. Reformed 15.6.44 in Oels from air Command A (o) 48/III. This would have been issued to all Luftwaffe personal for when off duty in their deployed defense zone. Very rare pin made with stamped brass. It does show patina & wear, as shown. The reverse has a nice strong pin assembly. Overall an excellent example of a rare pin.

This is a tinnie commemorating the Gauleiter of Oberfranken Hans Schemm, who was killed in 1935. This one is molded in dark grey bakelite with a silver wash finish on the obverse and has a diameter of about 1.25 inches. The image is crisp with high, detailed relief. Some of the wash has faded, but a majority remains. The pin on the unmarked reverse is perfect. Excellent piece!
