| Excellent example of a German Mother`s Cross in Gold w/blue & white enameled cross arms w/center medallion affixed having gilt-edged black enameled swastika and gilt lettering. Etched date and fascimile Hitler signature on reverse. Comes with short length of 11mm wide blue & white striped neck ribbon, ends unsewn. The enmameling is in mint condition, no chips or cracks. Comes in the dark blue, gold embossed pressboard case with push-button opener to front, which has white satin padded lid lining maker marked "Franz Scheurle", white satin hinge material (minute fray lines) and pale yellow velveteen double compartment display area. |

Mothers Cross Silver no Ribbon |

| This Cross of the German Mother in Silver, measuring 42mm x 35mm, has very nice enamel work. The silver rays are showing a lot of age patina, and the reverse is showing some platting loss and discoloration. The reverse is hallmarked with the usua; 16, Dezember 1938 and Hitler fascilime signature. No Ribbon, but its not hard to locate them. Priced right, and a very nice display from the front. |

Mothers Cross Bronze w/Ribbon |

| Enameled swastika in roundel with the words "Die Deutsche Mutter" on an enameled white and blue cross, imposed on a bronze starburst. The enamel is in excellent condition, showing some very minor scratches to the bottom of the blue enamel. The ribbon shows the usual age. The reverse is hallmarked with the year the medal was introduced, and a Hitler fascilime signature. Overall Near Mint! |

Mothers Cross Bronze |

| Awarded to mothers that have had at least 2 children. It has a white enameled center with black enameled swastika bordered in gilt. Around the center is ";Der Deutsch Mutter" mounted on a blue and white cross with a bronze starburst. The enamel has a chip missing on the swastika, as shown in the photos. There is some blue enamel missing (Very minor) on its upper left side. The bronze starburst shows only light patina and is really beautiful. The reverse is marked the usual 16 Dezember 1938, for the year the medal was instituted. There is also a fascimilie signature of Adolph Hitler. Comes with the original full length ribbon which is showing some very mild yellowing. Overall its in very good to excellent. If not for the chip, it would rate near mint! |

Mother Cross Bronze Miniature |

| Ribbon and pin attached to this example of the mothers cross in bronze, with most of the finish remaining. Bronze finish is showing age patina. The mothers cross in bronze miniatures are much more rare than the full size. The reverse has the standard Dezember 1938 and Adolph Hitler fascilime signature. The pin assembly is still very strong, and the ribbon shows only minor aging. Excellent! |

Mothers Cross Bronze Miniature |

| Lapel mounted cross with bow ribbon and pin on reverse. It shows some crud and grime, so it could use a good cleaning! The ribbon shows some yellowing, but is still strong. The enamel is scratched in several places, as this is a well used cross. This cross is very small, as the ribbon measures about an inch long. The cross itself measures 5/8" X 1/2". The swastika measures less than an eighth of an inch. If you hold the cross at normal looking distance, you can't see the defects. The photo at left is very, very close and multiplied 10 times its normal size. The miniatures are more rare than the full size types, being jeweler made. Very good. |
