Edged Weapons - Daggers
| 1st Pattern RLB Subordinate Dagger by Paul Weyersberg With Hanger | D2080 | |
| I just picked this up from the grandson of a vet that brought it back after the war. Issued to RLB NCOs that earned the honor of carrying it. It was never available for purchase. The ebony wood handle is in great condition, with the blue paint still in the RLB symbol. The blade is showing poor storage, with some graying and spotting on the blade. The trademark of Paul Weyersburg, Solingen is fully visible, with the oval of sword & oak leaves. The blade actually shows better in person than in the photo's. It has never been sharpened, and the cross grain shows very well. The retaining screws have never been turned, and show no signs of buggering or damage. The scabbard is untouched, and has missing paint in places 85% is present, & the screws are also unturned. The hanger is Assmann DRGM hallmarked, and the leather and fittings are in fine condition. The photo's show the overall condition, and tell the story better than I can. It's not mint, but it would make a great addition to any serious blade collector. | ||

| German Red Cross (DRK) Officers Dagger | D2079 | |
| The dagger features a roughly, 9 7/8", (25 cm), long, nickel/silver plated, drop forged, steel construction blade with a raised, central, spine, a large, flat, ricasso and a full length, including the hilt, of roughly, 14 1/2", (37 cm). The blade is still quite clean and bright, with minor scabbard runner marks and some minor surface spotting and some of the original cross graining is still visible. The blade has no visible manufacturer's markings. The thick, blackened leather washer is still intact. The cast alloy construction, cross guard, langets, and pommel all have a nickel/silver plated finish. The obverse langet has a raised, smooth, outer edge encompassing an embossed second pattern DRK style national eagle with down-swept wings, a highly embossed swastika to it's breast, and a traditional cross in it's talons. The short, horizontally extended, cross guard features two, evenly spaced, deeply recessed, horizontal, lines near both the top and bottom edges. The unique shaped, horizontally oval, plain pommel has a multi-slotted, flush, tang screw to the top edge, which shows the normal turning marks. The dagger has a molded, "burnt orange" celluloid grip with ten, evenly spaced, raised, horizontal ribs. The age and usage dulled, nickel/silver plating to the fittings is retained about 98%. The dagger comes with it's original, nickel/silver plated, magnetic sheet metal scabbard with a pebbled finished to the obverse and reverse and smooth side panels. The bottom tip of the scabbard is also smooth and has a scalloped tipped top edge. The scabbard has smooth, integral, hanger bands with hanger, suspension ramps, angled diagonally upward, with rectangular cut-outs for the hangers. The scabbard has both of it's original, dome headed, throat retaining screws and the inset throat intact. The scabbard also retains about 98%, of its nickel/silver plating. Seldom encountered DRK Leader's dagger in overall excellent condition. | ||

| Luftwaffe 2nd Model Dagger by Robert Klass w/Hangers & Knot | D2078 | |
| The blade has the makers mark of Robert Klass, with the famous kissing cranes logo above the trademark. Blade is good condition and has no dents, no rust, no chips, tip of blade perfect and untouched. Just the usual age spots here and there. Blade probably could be cleaned to look better. The pommel cross guard with eagle and swastika, are in perfect condition. The yellow/orange grip with silver wrap is perfect, no dents or damage. The scabbard is perfect, with no dents or damage, and shows the typical age patina. The portapee knot has some minor wear and fraying, while the acorn is excellent. The hangers are in fair condition, clips are marked DRGM and work perfectly but the front of the hangers show some use and the back shows more use with one rip in the velvet on back one one hanger. Very nice display dagger nonetheless. | ||

| SA M36 Dagger RZM M7/36 | D2074 | |
| Blade is hallmarked RZM M7/36 for E.F. Horster, Solingen. The blade shows some light graying, as shown, which is typical for these late types, and also shows some light sharpening to one edge. The blade fits the cross guard well, with no gap between the blade and guard. The blade tip has not been messed with, and is completely intact. The grips have no cracks or damage, and the cross guard is tight, with a small gap on each side of the pommel. The fittings show very minor flaking of the plating, much better than most M36 types. The scabbard has a very small ding on the edge, but is hardly noticeable. The scabbard tip has no dent or damage, and everything is nice and tight. The screws on the scabbard look like they have been turned at some time, but are nice and tight. Overall, a very nice M36 in very presentable condition. | ||

| Wehrmacht Officers Dagger by Robert Klass | D2076 | |
| The Dagger has a makers mark of two Cranes Kissing with the Klass firm's name stamped underneath. Blade has no defects, dings, sharpening, or nicks and is in excellent condition. The tip is intact and has not been messed with. It does show some graying, which would probably clean up easily with some semi-chrome if desired. Handle, guard, and pommel are also in excellent condition, no dents. The handle does have a small hair line crack, as shown in the photo, but has obviously been there a long time, and is not detracting from the display. Scabbard is in excellent condition, with only a very small ding on the side as shown. It is un-messed with and in Excellent Condition! | ||
